Our Policy for Cancellation
and Switching Sessions
Ideally, your cancellation would be received as soon as possible and no later than Thursday evening before your session starts (all sessions start on Monday). This gives us time to do the administration work and contact the children’s families who are on our waiting list.
To cancel your registration, you must inform us in writing. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
With your written cancellation, you will receive a full refund minus the $50 registration fee.
Cancellations are accepted anytime after registration and up to 24 hours before your session start date.
If you would simply like to be moved into another available session rather than cancelling, we are happy to make this accommodation, for $20 per child per switch.
