Policy for cancellation

and switching sessions

Cancellation:

Ideally, you should receive your cancellation as soon as possible and no later than the Thursday evening before your session begins (all sessions begin on Mondays). This allows us to do administrative work and communicate with the families of children who are on our waiting list.

To cancel your registration, you must inform us in writing. Please contact us at anakkara3@gmail.com as soon as possible. With your written cancellation, you will receive a full refund minus the $50 registration fee.

Cancellations are accepted at any time after registration and up to 24 hours before the session start date.

Switching sessions:

If you would simply like to be moved into another available session rather than cancelling, we are happy to make this accommodation for $25 per child per switch.
