{"id":716,"date":"2021-01-12T22:51:26","date_gmt":"2021-01-12T22:51:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/anakkara-ach.com\/anakkara\/?page_id=716"},"modified":"2024-03-22T17:04:03","modified_gmt":"2024-03-22T22:04:03","slug":"terms-and-conditions","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/anakkara-ach.com\/anakkara\/terms-and-conditions\/","title":{"rendered":"Camp waiver"},"content":{"rendered":"<section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock  av_inherit_color '  style='font-size:14px; color:#5b1a82; '  itemprop=\"text\" ><h1><strong>CAMP WAIVER<\/strong><\/h1>\n<\/div><\/section>\n<section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock  av_inherit_color '  style='font-size:14px; color:#1f219e; '  itemprop=\"text\" ><h3>By completing registration to Anakkara Summer Camp with Acad\u00e9mie de Musique NDG, Parents and Legal Guardians hereby agree to the following Terms and Conditions:<\/h3>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Summer Camp staff are authorized to take my child or children off the camp premises<\/strong> to local parks and green space for the purpose of outdoor recreation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Camp rules <em>(see Our Program page)<\/em> and instructions <\/strong>set forth by the staff must be followed at all times.<\/li>\n<li><strong>In the event of an incident or an emergency<\/strong>, camp staff are authorized to seek out and administer proper medical treatment to the best of their ability. Parents will be notified of all major and minor incidents in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Children&#8217;s personal belongings are their own responsibility<\/strong>, but camp staff will do everything they can to ensure that nothing is lost.
