Hi!
I am Weimar Troetsch-Rivero and I am really happy to be working at Anakkara Summer Camp with Académie de Musique NDG as the Director of the Afternoon Programme, and the Visual Arts Programme.

I did my DEC in Visual Arts at Cegep St. Laurent and since 2019 I have been studying at the  Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM), completing my Bachelor’s degree in Art Education and Media Arts.

I have a lot of experience with children.  I was a camp counsellor at Camp Massawippi June-August 2022.  As part of my UQUAM degree, I have completed two internships teaching art to children in both primary and secondary schools. I also  have experience tutoring children.

  I am very excited to develop the summer art programme and create art with the children.  I am also fluent in English, French and Spanish and I love to dance and play music.

Hi! I am Josie and I am really happy to be working for my fourth summer at Anakkara Summer Camp with Académie de Musique NDG.

I volunteered in 2020 and 2021 and worked full time in 2022.  I was the Park Coordinator last year and always enjoyed leading the “Silent Scream” with the children….check out this photo!

I am in Grade 11 at Royal West Academy High School.  I like hiking, baking, reading, and I really like playing and creating with children.

I speak English and French.
